Use coriander seeds:
• Soak 3 tea spoons of coriander seeds in 1 cup water overnight
• Strain this mixture in the morning
• Drink this on an empty stomach

With the regular use of this mixture, women can reduce the Leucorrhea problem.

Use of Lady Fingers and honey:

• Cut 100 gm fresh lady fingers
• Boil them in 1 L water for 20 min
• Strain and collect the water
• Add 1 tbsp honey to the water
• Mix well
• When lukewarm, drink 60-90 ml doses regularly

Use Aloevera:

It is another kind of wonderful remedy for the condition; it tones up the tissues of the uterus and prevents the exudation of any abnormal fluids.

Use Mixture of Ginger and Milk:

This is a simple remedy, in it one need to mixed 1 cup of water with a cup of milk then boil it. Add 1 tablespoon of dry ginger to the boiled mixture. When it reduces to half add brown sugar to it. Take this mixture for 5- 6 weeks.

Apart from above remedies, is essential for the patient to exercise her body by running or by household work. Take a regular bath with warm water and try to use a strong soap. It is hygienic and also includes the wholemeal flour and green vegetables in diet. Take sun bath everyday for fifteen to twenty minutes.
